We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping

- Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
- Shipped via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping
- Available for most countries (excluding some Asian and remote regions)
International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition (unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached)
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package Securely: Include the RMA number on your package and use protective packaging

- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, then require 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for in your email
- We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
